     Hi, it seems that you were having issue on registering MD802. Please email to support@autel.com with its serial number and screenshots when registering on website.

     Thank you, I sent the info. you requested, just to clarify when I try to update system says that my SD card does not
    match with User ID, and that is as far as I can go.   And thanks in advanced.

    Hi, you need to register the S/N of the MD802 on your account first then you can download update to the SD card. I have checked here and there is no mail from your mail bobbycharlie@att.net to support@autel.com. Please check and resend the mail. Thanks!

      I have tried this procedure and when I do, system says...."PRODUCT HAS BEEN REGISTER" Early today I got a message from customer service in which I was told that my ID is register under someone else.  I was advice to log in with that ID, but how can I,  don't know their password

     Hi, what is the serial number in your tool (settings--about)? If you don't want to say it here, you could just tell us by sending email to support@autel.com.
